Love it, February 27, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Diamondback 2012 Insight 1 Performance Hybrid Bike (Black) (Sports) Just the right bike for me... I am not into racing but this bike is fairly fast. And my posture while riding is quite comfortable that I dont hurt after long rides, while you enjoy the awesome view. Will recommend to anyone.
Quite nice for the price, March 15, 2012 This review is from: Diamondback 2012 Insight 1 Performance Hybrid Bike (Black) (Sports) Make that about 4.5 stars. Let me start off by saying that I bought this bike from a local dealer so I can't comment on aspects of Amazon's sale and delivery process. My comments are limited to the bike. I do a lot of biking when the weather permits. I bike several miles to a grocery store quite frequently and almost all the other stores I go to are several miles away. I can wheel along tirelessly on this bike for hours. It's very comfortable. My one complaint (which won't affect the stars) is a personal one. The bike is a little fancy with it's curved and sculpted tubing. I would have preferred normal round tubes like my last bike had. That was a Kona Dew, and had a dealer had one locally in my size and close to this price range, I'd have bought another Dew. The graphics are a bit much as well. None of that affects the ride, though. For about $400 bucks, it's about as good as it gets.

Good bikes, I have received a defective product, November 16, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Diamondback 2012 Insight 1 Performance Hybrid Bike (Black) (Sports) Let me start by saying that those are awesome bikes. I bought them in Sport Authority and spent over $500 with taxes. After it, I found out that I can get it for much cheaper here.
I placed an order with the option of one day shipping. The box arrived right one time.
Towards the end of the assembly process, I wanted to install the water bottle mount. At this point, I realized that the housing of one of the screws that is supposed to hold a water bottle mount is broken and keeps turning around, while not allowing me to open the screw.
This is one of the most annoying things that can happen. Now, I need to take everything apart and carry the box to a UPS office for replacement.
