Very Happy, good value., June 30, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Giordano Libero 1.6 White/Red Men's Road Bike-700c (Sports) This is my 1st road bike. I have had it for about two weeks and I am very happy. I did not want to spend the $700.00 for an entry level bike at my local bike shop and I feel like this was a good choice. I had a friend who has been riding for 20+ years help me adjust and set everything up. He was very suprised with the quality, and told me it was a great value. I can see the difference between this bike and the nicer ones, but I am very pleased with my choice. I just did not want to commit to the higher price. Its not very heavy and it looks very nice. The pictures dont do it justice. I would recomend this to anyone who wants to see if they would enjoy biking without the higher price. I have already rocomended it to a few friends.

On par for the price, November 26, 2011 By ERIC YOUNG (texas) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Giordano Libero 1.6 White/Red Men's Road Bike-700c (Sports) OK to task...I purchased this bike in August on sale for 369.00 and it showed up several days later. Assembly was a breeze and there was no damage to the bike. I ordered the 25 in and I am 6'2" and it might be a tad big. Nothing that a few adjustments cant take care of. Right out of the box I did have some shifting issues that I could not take care of on my own. After reading numerous articles and watching YouTube vids I couldn't get it to shift right. I then noticed when looking at my rear Derailleur from the rear it was slightly off parallel to the chain line. So I bent it straight and ordered another rear Derailleur for 18.00 and headed up to my local LBS. He had it adjusted perfectly in about 6 minutes and didn't even need to install the new Derailleur. Now that was irritating since I built my MTB from the ground up with Shimano XT components and cabled and adjusted it myself and it shifts flawlessly.
Keep in mind that this is an entry level bike and it has bottom of the line... Read more

Good looking, but not amazing, September 15, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Giordano Libero 1.6 White/Red Men's Road Bike-700c (Sports) Pretty decent looking bike, nice white color and matching wheels look good. The handle bars get dirty after a few weeks. The pedals are really sharp, they have these groves that are suppose to help with ur shoe's grip on the pedal, but they've scratched me severely several times already when i was wearing shorts...so i'm thinking of replacing those. The brakes are average. Shifting's okay.
Btw, i bought this bike when it was $380. At it's current price, i think it's too expensive for an entry level rode bike. I wouldn't buy this bike at this price.
I'm 5'9 and the 22" frame fits me pretty well.
Oh and, for some reason my back tires went flat after like 7 days of riding. It wasn't expensive to replace the tube, but it goes to show the quality of a bike made in china.
It still looks great and has everything u want on an entry level rode bike. So i would say i'm content with this bike overall. I just love how it looks. Shallow, but true.
